I’m a barber by trade. I already live in my van, but I’m working towards being able to support myself on the road, build the van I really want and have more freedom to choose how I spend my life.
Before this started, I was fed up and close to giving up on things changing. Then AI came along, and I found a way to tackle ideas that had felt beyond my reach. In my case, without AI, none of this would be happening.
Most of my livestreams are me and AI talking through real life: keeping Matrix going, fixing equipment, designing parts, building a website and trying to turn all this into a future I can support myself with.
It doesn’t always go smoothly. AI gets things wrong. I get things wrong. Some mistakes have cost money, and some projects take far longer than expected. You’ll see that alongside anything we manage to get right.
That’s what 3D Van Life is about. The repairs, builds and experiments are pieces of a bigger journey: trying to keep life together while making something better possible.
Matrix is the home I have now. The beast of a van I want to build is something to work towards.
AI hasn’t made the problems disappear. But it’s helped me see possibilities again—and given me a way to start working towards them.
Calling it my saviour might sound a bit dramatic. But when you’ve been close to giving up, finding something that helps you find your fight again means a lot.
So this is me, Matrix and AI. Trying things, making mistakes, and building a future I want to be here for.
